How long does setup actually take?

One afternoon. Import your client book from a CSV, print your counter QR kit, set your treatment prices — the built-in checklist walks you through all seven steps. Your first client can be onboarded at her next visit, photos first.

Do my clients have to download anything?

Yes — one free app, and they get to it by scanning your counter QR. The trick: your front desk captures their first photos before they even install, so the app opens already personal. That's why they actually join.

Who can see client photos?

Only the client and your clinic — enforced at the database level, not by policy. Staff can add photos but never delete them, marketing use requires the client's per-photo approval, and she can export or delete everything herself.

What about consent and privacy?

Consent is built into the product, not bolted on: express consent screens, an append-only consent log, per-photo marketing approvals, in-app data export and deletion. Your privacy story gets stronger, not riskier.

Do you handle payments and membership billing?

Membership plans, banked credit and MRR tracking are live today — you charge on your existing terminal. Automatic card billing with failed-payment recovery arrives via Stripe next, with no change to how you work.
