The short version

• Your photos are visible only to you and your clinic. Nobody else.
• We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.
• You choose what to share, and you can delete everything, permanently, from inside the app.

What we collect

When you join through your clinic's invitation we collect your name, email, and optionally phone number. When you use the app we store the photos and videos you choose to add (in-app captures and library photos you select), your treatment history at your clinic, your responses to check-ins, and messages you exchange with your clinic. We never access photos you have not added, even when photo permission is granted.

How your photos are used

Photos are uploaded over encrypted connections to private storage and are accessible only through short-lived signed links. Your clinic's authorized staff can view them to track your treatment progress. Our AI analyzes your images to suggest treatments and products from your clinic's own catalogue; every suggestion is reviewed by your clinic before you see it, and none of it is a medical diagnosis. Your images are used to provide the service to you — not to train AI models, and not for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with our secure cloud providers over encrypted connections. Payment card data is never handled by us.

Your rights

You can export a copy of your data and permanently delete your account and all photos at any time from the app (Sync & Account tab). Deletion removes your media from storage and your records from our systems. Privacy laws in your region may give you additional rights of access and correction — contact your clinic or us at privacy@miera.app.

Communications

Your clinic can send you notifications in the app (aftercare, check-ins, offers, openings). You can turn off push notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
