Live schedule

Your booking system publishes a calendar link. Paste it here and “Coming in today” fills itself — Miera only reads it, never changes it.

• Calendly — Open your calendar sync settings and copy the address that ends in .ics.
• Acuity — Under “Sync with other calendars”, copy the address it offers for subscribing.
• Square — Your Appointments calendar settings have an export link — copy that.
• Google Calendar — Calendar settings → Integrate calendar → copy the “Secret address in iCal format”.

That link is a key to your calendar, so we keep it to ourselves — it's never shown back on this page, and it only ever gets read.

Booking emails

Email forwarding is being switched on for your clinic — the address below will go live automatically.

Every booking system sends you an email when a client books, moves or cancels. Send those emails here and they fill in your day for you — whatever system they came from.

• Gmail — Settings → Forwarding → add this address. Google sends a confirmation; it shows up in the list below, tap it to finish.
• Outlook — Rules → New rule → forward messages from your booking system to this address.

Nothing forwarded yet — once you set that rule up, every confirmation lands here and on your schedule.

We read these only to fill in your schedule. Nothing is ever sent back to your booking system, and anything we can't read for certain waits here for you rather than being guessed at.

Send her to the right page

Optional, and worth it. A link for one treatment means she taps “Book Botox” and lands on Botox — not on your front page to start again. Anything you leave blank uses your main booking link.

What we never do

• We don't keep a second calendar. Yours stays the only one.
• We don't need your booking system's password, and we'll never ask for it.
• We don't move your appointments, your charts or your records.
• If you ever change booking systems, you change the link here and nothing else about Miera moves.
